Quality Assurance Workflow

From artwork to dispatch

Design Review

Artwork, dieline and substrate are reviewed against the client brief before any production begins.

Pre-Press QA

Plates, colour profiles and proofs are signed off before production commences on the press.

In-Line Inspection

Operators monitor colour, registration and finish on every sheet throughout the production run.

Post-Process Audit

Dimensional, drop and adhesive checks on all cut, coated and pasted units before final inspection.

Final Inspection

Statistical sampling against a zero-defect AQL standard before any batch is cleared for dispatch.

Dispatch

Sealed, labelled and delivered with full traceability documentation to the client's facility.
