Who We Are
Om Shiv Sai Packaging was founded in 2021 by Jaysing Arjun Yamagekar with a clear vision — to build a packaging company in Baddi that could match the quality standards of the best pharma packaging suppliers in India, while remaining reliable, responsive and personal for every client.
Starting with offset printing and mono carton production, we have rapidly expanded our capabilities to include UV coating, die-cutting, braille embossing and cold seal wallet production — all under one roof at our EPIP Phase-I facility in Jharmajri, Baddi.
Today we produce 15 Lac units per day across five specialised production lines, serving pharmaceutical companies across Himachal Pradesh and beyond.

Our Journey
Om Shiv Sai Packaging established at EPIP Phase-I, Jharmajri with offset printing and mono carton production.
Added 5-colour Poly 725 and 4-colour Heidelberg machines — tripling our printing output and colour capability.
Launched UV and Drip-off coating capability with two dedicated Heidelberg coating units for premium finishes.
Full in-house die-cutting and pasting lines — lock bottom and side pasting — completing our end-to-end production capability.
Reached one of Baddi's highest production capacities for mono cartons — 15 Lac units per day across five production lines.
Implemented full TQM framework, AQL sampling, batch traceability and documented SOPs across all production lines.
Now serving pharmaceutical companies across Himachal Pradesh and expanding into new markets across North India.

Mr. Jaysing Arjun Yamagekar is a B.Sc. (Chemistry) graduate of Shivaji University, Kolhapur, 1998. Having over 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has grown professionally from scratch, accumulating expertise in every facet of pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing. Motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build something of his own, he established Om Shiv Sai Packaging in 2021 from a small rented unit. Through perseverance, prudent planning and constant investment in quality and modernisation, he has grown the company into a dependable mono carton manufacturer trusted by pharmaceutical companies.
He is a visionary business owner who has played the key role in the company's success through dedication and perseverance. In the years since its foundation, the company has developed steadily, building a reputation for quality and reliability in every mono carton produced.
